RETURN POLICY

Our RETURN POLICY is for Store Credit or Exchange only. Orders are eligible for RETURN if they are received within in 14 Calendar days of the original purchase date.
All merchandise must be unworn, free of fragrance, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, there most be NO SIGNS of wear.

 

Sale items are FINAL SALE

Items that are purchased during any kind of sale/used with a discount code are final sale.

Store Credit/Exchanges

Items must be returned 10 days from items received.

Exchange of size can be requested by email, hankandscoot@gmail.com. If the item is in stock, we will exchange the item. If the item is out of stock store credit will be issue. Store credit is only available to use one time. STORE CREDIT WILL EXPIRE IN 6 MONTHS. You must use your credit within 6 months of us issuing! 

Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets ALL return requirements. Items that are not eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer & the customer will be charged for shipping.

 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE ONCE IT LEAVES OUR STORE. YOU MUST CHOOSE INSURED SHIPPING AT CHECK OUT FOR US TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE.  THERE ARE NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES NO REFUNDS  FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES UNLESS YOU CHOSE INSURED SHIPPING
